This exciting role within the Customer Experience team will see you responsible for executing marketing automation campaigns for Toyota and Lexus brands within the customer journey. You will work cross functionally with marketing, sales, product and other internal departments to scope and deliver initiatives that support acquisition, ownership and retention with appropriate communication strategies.
What you will be doing: Planning, developing and implementing automated communication campaigns and nurture streams that deliver personalised experiences to the right customer, at the right time in the right channel Determining the email communication strategy for each campaign including content, timing and calls to action Executing your campaign using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building eDMs and journeys in collaboration with colleagues and agencies Taking ownership of customer communications and the EDM strategy and providing coordination and guidance throughout each process to all stakeholders Acting as the point of contact for all agency and stakeholder communications About You: A strong customer focus and a genuine interest in understanding the customer and their needs will be at the heart of what has captivated you about this role.
Your desire to continuously improve the customer journey along with your proven experience in marketing automation will see you easily able to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ideally you will have:
2 – 5 years marketing automation experience using a platform such as Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo, etc. A good understanding of product and retail marketing for consumer and B2B audiences Project management experience, able to follow, monitor and drive the delivery of a project from start to finish A bit about us: Toyota New Zealand is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan and in 2023 celebrated 36 years of vehicle market leadership in New Zealand.
