Fisher Funds is seeking a motivated Investment Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Investment Operations Team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our investment management processes, focusing on operational efficiency and data accuracy across various asset classes, including listed equities, fixed income, derivatives, and currencies.
Key Responsibilities: Manage trade matching, security settlements, and corporate actions.
Conduct daily reconciliations of positions, foreign exchange (FX), and cash within the Investment Management system.
Maintain and update data across investment systems, including Bloomberg and other external data sources.
Collaborate with internal teams such as the front office and trading desk, as well as external partners including custodians and trading counterparties, to ensure seamless operations.
Support the Investment Operations Team on projects and process improvements to drive operational excellence.
About You: We are looking for someone with: Strong technical knowledge of middle office systems and processes, ideally within funds management.
A solid understanding of the investment lifecycle, including settlements and cashflow management.
Proficiency in data management, with experience in tools like Bloomberg.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the initiative to proactively address challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field.
