About the role
In this newly created role of Head of Claims , you will be responsible for establishing the long-term strategic direction of claims, ensuring a sustainable service proposition that supports best practice claims outcomes for our members.
You will be accountable for creating a high-performance claims function, supporting the day-to-day management of our members' claims inquiries for coverage and claims outcomes, accurate and timely claims assessment, and liaising with providers to ensure exceptional service for members across our provider network.
About you
- Experience at a senior leadership level within a Claims environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrable experience of process improvement and performance management.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to developing and implementing new strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights into the customer claims journey.
- Proven ability to improve service standards and customer experience.
- Adept at understanding, analysing and utilising Claims data.
- Experience with and knowledge of Claims processing systems.
- Knowledgeable with emerging technologies.
