You will provide advice and guidance to senior managers and leaders that is both practical and robust.Specifically, we are looking for someone who has:Strategic HR Business partnering experience, preferable in a large professional services contextA reputation for and practical understanding of manaakitangaA breadth of knowledge across all HR disciplines including leadership development, change management, organisational design, and culture changePrevious experience in leading a teamAn understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) and awareness of the obligations and responsibilities to address wellbeing inequalities for Māori within organisational systems and processes.MBIE's goal is to create a resilient and high-performing economy that delivers real and ongoing quality of life for all New Zealanders.
