If you are already an experienced nurse manager, this is the role for you. Mentoring and support will be available for the right candidate.This is a permanent part-time position working 24 hours across Monday to Friday.Lead a diverse nursing team (Registered Nurses, Community Nurse Prescribers, Nurse Prescribers, Health Care Assistants) for safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care.Collaborate with the Leadership Team and develop care models for improved health outcomes and efficiency.Balance administrative duties with clinical responsibilities within the role.Key attributes include:A current New Zealand practicing certificate and current CPR certificateDemonstrated leadership and management skillsPrevious primary practice experience is an advantageYour practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.Clinical experience and passion for primary care and primary care nursingPostgraduate qualification is highly desirableGreat communication skills at all levelsTo apply please provide your cover letter and CV to ****** by the 25th October 2024.Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
