Your role will focus on key areas such as employment relations, talent development, and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing HR projects Providing expert advice on HR policies and employment law Collaborating to drive HR initiatives in Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent and Succession Planning Identifying potential ER issues and recommending proactive solutions Supporting employee development and fostering a positive workplace culture Ensuring timely implementation of employment legislation changes Building strong relationships with internal teams Positively impacting team dynamics and overall performance Providing on-site payroll support and maintaining training records Our Ideal HR Business Partner will have: Experience in a similar role A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations or a related field is an advantage Excellent written and verbal skills Strength in dealing with ER matters Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Express your interest by clicking 'Apply Now.'
