About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Homezone Outlet.
*This is a permanent part-time position, with an average of 28 hours per week.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets
- Drive a high performing team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
- Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
- Previous experience in people management, coaching, and delivering feedback is ideal
- You'll be eligible for monthly cash bonuses with our Retail Incentive Scheme.
