Basic Function:Develops competency-based learning and assessment tools for safety-related classes to a culturally diverse range of learners in on-job and off-job situations as well as facilitates learning and assessment activities.Job Responsibilities:Follow and apply MSD Training and Development policies and procedures.Develop competency-based learning materials so that learning programs delivered achieve their intended learning outcomes.Develop competency-based assessment tools to ensure all participants assessed are competent.Identify GOI regulations related to competency-based training.Manage competency-based learning projects to meet the quality, time, and cost targets.Ensure all training programs are consistently implemented and meet all requirements and high standards.Effectively coach colleague instructors to reach the required level of competence and professionalism to competently do their respective jobs.Consistently deliver learning and assessment activities to achieve the specific learning outcomes for job competencies.Minimum Requirements:Undergraduate Diploma (D3) and/or Degree (S1) with at least 2 years directly related professional work experience.Experienced in training and assessment material development.Preferably with Certified Training of Trainer Instructor KKNI Level 4 BNSP.Familiar with Competency Standards such as SKKNI and SKKK.Familiar with Safety Management Systems such as SMKP, ISO45001.Experienced in training and assessment facilitation.Deadline: 09 September 2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
