As a vital member of our team
You'll turn our high standards into memorable meals for every customer
Set tables as needed for breakfast, banquets & dinner service
Assist with setting up and packing down the buffet
Be comfortable with ala carte menus
Assist the café areas when needed
Assist with any catered conferencing events or room set ups
What we need from you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for:
Ability to work either mornings or evenings, weekends and public holidays
A positive and energetic attitude with a "can do" approach meaning you're happy to roll up your sleeves and help everyone out
Prior experience in Food & Beverage is preferred
Ability to be self motivated and a self starter that can take the lead in any situation
