Construction Graduate

We're looking to recruit a Construction Graduate to join the company's construction division in Whangarei as our last graduate has been appointed to a full-time QS role within the company.The Busck Graduate programme is designed to provide the graduate with experience in multiple roles within the company over a period of two years, with a view to assisting the Graduate to discover their niche/passion within the construction industry.Within the Graduate role, you'll have the chance to work in the following fields:Estimating/Quantity SurveyingContract AdministrationDraughting & DocumentationProject ManagementProduction Management and QAThe successful applicant will, under the guidance of an experienced team, receive mentorship, training, and guidance, to help develop technical and leadership skills.Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have completed or be currently studying either Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.Flexibility to allow ongoing studying is provided within this role.At the conclusion of the two-year Graduate programme, you will be given the opportunity to branch off into your specialist field within the business.Company BackgroundBusck Prestressed Concrete is one of New Zealand's largest and most respected manufacturers of Precast & Prestressed concrete products.
