As part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you’ll report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping our future.

The role at a glance

  • Lead commercial strategy: Drive revenue, margin optimisation, modelling commercial scenarios and financial performance.
  • Scale the business: Identify and execute growth opportunities, including M&A and new market entry.
  • Financial leadership: Oversee FP&A, contract negotiations, investor relations, and capital allocation.
  • Risk & compliance: Ensure financial governance, legal oversight, and security strategies.
  • Build a high-performing team: Lead experts in finance, commercial, corporate services, analytics, security, and legal.

About You

We are looking for a Senior finance & commercial leader in tech , 10+ years in finance/commercial leadership, including executive roles, a CFO (25 – 50M T/O) who is looking to expand scope into broader commercial leadership.

Proven dealmaker , strong experience in finding commercial opportunities, M&A transactions, contract negotiations, and investor relations.

Strategic thinker , expert in pricing strategies, financial planning, and risk management.

Data-driven & analytical , ability to uncover blind spots, drive insights, and optimise performance. Proven strong expertise in financial modelling and business intelligence.

Leader & collaborator , able to inspire teams and partner with ELT and investors.

Highly beneficial to come from an aligned industry or services business and ideally to have experience with developing new business opportunities and strategies.
