About the role

Fused Fitness is looking for a passionate and experienced Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team in Onehunga, Auckland. In this casual role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality classes and coaching to our diverse member base. With a focus on helping members achieve their health and wellness goals, you'll be an integral part of our growing Fused Fitness Onehunga community.
What you'll be doing Delivering high-quality classesMotivating and supporting members to achieve their fitness goalsMaintaining a safe and inclusive training environmentGeneral maintenance / set ups / cleaning of the equipment & facilitiesStaying up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesHelp with running in-house challengesSocial media / videosThe potential to help with program / class designWhat we're looking for Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Fitness Coach or Personal TrainerRelevant fitness certification or qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Fitness)First Aid QualificationStrong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and injury preventionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levelsFlexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings and SaturdaysPassion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goalsWhat we offer Casual (up to 20 hours) with the potential to move into a permanent part time / full time role in the futureCompetitive hourly rate Opportunities for career development and ongoing trainingSupportive and collaborative team environmentAccess to the latest fitness equipment and facilitiesA complimentary Fused Fitness membershipDiscounts on nutritional supplementsDiscounted memberships for friends/familyAbout usFused Fitness is a local, community based studio in Onehunga, where we believe in the power of unity, support and building a strong club culture to help you ignite your full potential.
