About the roleExeter Homes are seeking a talented Sales & Project Coordinator to join our team in Rotorua Central Bay of Plenty. This is a full-time position, working as part of our construction and project management division. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities and supporting the delivery of construction projects from start to finish.What you'll be doingLiaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer servicePreparing detailed sales proposals and documentationCoordinating the scheduling and delivery of construction projectsMonitoring project progress and budgets, and reporting to stakeholdersEnsuring all projects comply with relevant construction regulations and standardsProviding administrative support to the wider construction and sales teamsWhat we're looking forProven experience in a similar sales or project coordination role within the construction industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholdersExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyProficient in using relevant construction and project management softwareA collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approachRelevant qualifications in construction, project management or a related field would be highly advantageousWhat we offerAt Exeter Homes, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
