Fabrum also has a strong presence in the Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) markets of liquid nitrogen (LIN), liquid oxygen (LOX), LNG and Liquid Air (LAIR) with customers ranging from animal husbandry to hi-tech research institutions, manufacturing and defence.We want to take our clever solutions and develop a better future by helping the world tread lightly.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Senior Electrical Engineer position will see you contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic team delivering some exciting and impactful projects in gas production, liquefaction, storage and delivery. You will have the opportunity to:Develop cutting-edge solutions for world-leading projects, including hydrogen refueling stations and liquefiersHelp develop best practice systems and processes, and drive a continuous improvement cultureProvide technical expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting support to resolve complex engineering problemsEnsure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design and manufacturing processesMentor and guide other engineers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative team environmentABOUT YOUBachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent (Electrical/Mechatronics)Experience with designing control systems, instrumentation, and three phase power systemsExperience integrating industrial equipment with external processes.Experience with creation of electrical drawings such as SLDs, interconnection & loop diagrams, and cabinet layouts. Design of PLC controlled equipment from I/O list to FATExposure to Electrolysers, Air Separation Units, petroleum industry, or industrial automation would be beneficialAny product certification processes to international standards (e.g., CE, UL, IECEx) would be beneficialExposure to hazardous area classification & design would be beneficialAPPLICATION AND RECRUITMENTThe interview process will include a phone interview, a technical interview, and reference checks.There's a lot of research which shows that some groups of people are less likely to apply for a role unless they are confident they meet 100% of the requirements.
