Our Porirua plant is currently seeking a BatcherSupervisor to join the team. The Batcher Supervisor assists with coordinating workflow and truck movements whilst also operating the plant to load the trucks.As part of your role, you will be trained in several areas of concrete production including dispatching, loader operator, testing and more. This could open opportunities in other areas of concrete production. We are offering to help you achieve driver's licenses in loaders and forklifts (and potentially trucks), training in concrete testing, dispatching, batching, Health and Safety and much more.All we ask is for you to be able to communicate well, are willing to learn, show an interest in the construction industry or working with heavy vehicles and above all, have a great attitude and commitment in helping us to help you shape your future.
