Also ensuring that all appropriate signage is displayed correctly and advertised product is displayed meaningfully.Effectively Manage the department rosters to always ensure adequate staff levels, keeping in line with wage percentage targets.Ensure all staff management practices with the department comply with store policies on employment, attendance, health and safety, food safety, training, leave, discipline etc., such that all employees know they are being treated consistently.Ensure sales and GP targets for the department are met / exceeded and that wage costs are controlled appropriately. Maintain 100% price integrity in the department.Maintain Health & Safety and Food Safety Compliance in the Department. Ensure appropriate safety equipment available to all team members.The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience as a department manager or assistant manager and have an excellent leadership skills.
