Each week, you'll be paid an agreed competitive hourly rate OR the bigger number from a percentage of your sales. ?We have the industry-leading commission amount, calculated on a WEEKLY basis for each of our staff and 10% commission on all your retail sales made in salon and online. ?Get staff discounts on THOUSANDS of products through our extensive online store with your staff login. Our new Stylist will have 3+ years of experience with cuts and colour. With a loyal local clientele, as well as our centralised marketing team steering clients your way, you'll know how to professionally manage, maintain and retain your column.
