Clinical Lead, Part Time 24 hours (3 days) per week - CareNZ National Office, Wellington CBD

About us:

CareNZ is a leader in the provision of services and interventions for people experiencing problems with alcohol and other drugs, with a range of community and residential services across New Zealand.

In this role you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and clinical expertise for all CareNZ services.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to clients.
  • Oversee clinical governance, policy development, quality assurance, risk management, and service effectiveness.

What you will need:

  • A post graduate qualification in alcohol and other drugs, or significant experience in alcohol and drug service delivery, including leadership roles, and the development of assessment and intervention frameworks.
  • Experience in developing clinical policies and driving clinical governance.
  • Ideally experience in residential treatment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including duty of care, safeguarding, health and safety.
  • Gain and maintain Ministry of Justice and Police clearances.
