General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Full time About the role We are looking for a Chief Strategy Officer to join us, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand Rugby Commercial (NZRC). In this role, you will be responsible for strategy development, planning and performance measurement and reporting, business planning and reporting. You will support and lead key projects across NZRC, on behalf of the CEO. This role will work cross-functionally across the NZRC business, NZR Group shared services and with external stakeholders, so your ability to work across and build strong relationships will be key to your success in this role. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: 10 years+ of experience in strategy development and planning or consulting roles. Experience working with senior leaders at CEO / Board level. Experience in leading a strategy with elements of market analysis and entry and brand building including UK, France, Japan, and USA. Ability to build and execute a multi-year business plan. Ability to work in a "scale-up" environment. New Zealand Rugby Commercial New Zealand Rugby Commercial is a small, dedicated team, based in our two main offices of Wellington and Auckland.
