About the Role

As the Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind all store operations from Tuesday to Saturday. You'll be responsible for managing the team, maximizing sales, and ensuring every customer walks away satisfied. The store's success will be in your hands, and you'll ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  1. Leading and inspiring your team to reach sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service.
  2. Managing stock control, visual merchandising, and ensuring the shop floor always looks its best.
  3. Overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening, closing, and cash management.
  4. Ensuring the team consistently follows company policies and procedures, keeping the store efficient and compliant.
