Supported by a Payroll Supervisor, you will have someone to bounce ideas off and to assist with any potential issues that may arise. You will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process using IMS Payroll and Time Target time attendance software. You will also be responsible for IRD reporting and liaising with internal customers regarding payroll queries. To be successful in this role, you will have previous payroll experience where you have been responsible for a similar sized payroll as well as having a good base of knowledge in NZ payroll legislation. You will be a team player and willing to roll your sleeves up and help others when required. You will have the patience and empathy to build rapport with staff while assisting with payroll queries, along with the confidence to obtain the information you require, enabling you to perform your role effectively.  This business has worked hard to create a great work environment.
