You will play a key role as part of our support services. While you will primarily assist in the kitchen as a kitchenhand & cook,  you may also help out with cleaning or laundry if required.

As a kitchen Assistant/ Cook , you are responsible for cleaning the dishes, setting tables, preparing requirements for tea rounds, and assisting and serving during meal services.
7 day cover - split across 2 to 3 team members  $25.00 to $28.80 per hour - depending on experience/qualifications Experience/Knowledge Required While experience in an aged care facility, or doing a similar role will be an advantage, it is not essentialCooking and baking skills are a must haveHighly motivated and able to take initiativeReliability and FlexibilityMaintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times Our ideal candidate will have Excellent communication and organisational skills.Must be available for afternoon shifts and weekendsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team, and be highly responsible and reliable.Be able to focus attention on our resident's needs while remaining calm and courteous.
