We are seeking a barista/allrounder for our busy Wellington CBD cafés.    We are seeking a part-time/full time person(s) who able to work weekdays from 7.30am-3.30pm and Saturday. We are open Monday-Friday 7am - 3:30pm and Saturdays  9am-1pm.
While mainly focused on producing consistently great coffee you will also work across other roles in the café to support a flexible, multi-skilled team.  Tasks include:  
Producing consistently high quality coffees.
Providing hospitality to customers at the till; 
Food prep and plating.  
No matter what area of the café you are working in you are expected to prioritise providing excellent hospitality to all our guests, being aware our company purpose is to be the favourite café in town with our guests being raving fans  
A barista allrounder is not an autonomous role, you are part of a team, working cooperatively with colleagues to share ideas and support one another.
