Are you a skilled internal support champion looking for a new challenge? This role is for you Showcase your talents by providing essential support to our employees.

As the go-to guru, your responsibilities will include:

Building and facilities maintenance coordination

Front line customer service, travel arrangements

Technology support

Administrative support

Fleet coordination and a variety of other tasks and functions.

Ko koe'tenei | About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Experience in an office support or comparable role is preferred - ideally with a focus on facilities/technology/logistics

A fantastic attitude towards your workplace and enjoy contributing towards a positive and engaged work culture

A strong customer focus

A collaborative working style and work well as part of a team

The desire and ability to build strong relationships across the business

Sound knowledge of technology - laptops, mobile phones, Microsoft office 365 suite - preferably experienced with MS Teams/Zoom

A full clean NZ drivers license

You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
