As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing, analyzing and documenting requirements, defining new business processes, facilitating workshops, creating backlogs, and providing support through the Business Analysis practice as required.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:5+ years’ experience as Business Analyst in an agile environment;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Demonstrated experience in building meaningful and strong relationships;Creative mindset to solve problems by thinking outside the box;Experience working on both technical and business solutions.Technical BA experience is highly desirable.Overall, we are looking for someone passionate and excited to play a meaningful part in a team dedicated to achieving and ensuring a successful project is deliveredAt FMG, we know our success is because of our people.
