This role offers the exciting opportunity to lead relationships and engagements for customers in the lower North and South Island. We're open to candidates who excel in either business process optimization and stakeholder relationships or technical expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.If you're passionate about driving digital transformation through CRM solutions and have a track record of success in either business process optimization or technical implementation, we want to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, implement, and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement services & projectsLead presales activities, including drafting RFx's and statements of workBalance project scope, schedule, and resources to ensure successful deliveryBuild and maintain relationships with Microsoft, partners, and customersDrive internal process improvements and mentor team membersContribute to product development and innovation in D365 and Power Platform solutionsSkills and experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheakoWe're looking for a rockstar that can do everything, but understand:A Business Process and Relationship ExpertProven ability to guide stakeholders in leveraging technology to solve business problemsStrong skills in building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levelsExperience in leading cross-functional teams to successful project deliveryDeep understanding of business processes across various industriesORA Technology ExpertExtensive technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM first-party apps and Power PlatformStrong background in solution architecture, analysis, design, and configurationHands-on experience with integration tools and third-party solutionsKnowledge of the wider Microsoft suite of products and competitor toolsEssential Qualifications (for both paths)Minimum of five years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power PlatformProven track record in implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projectsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to travel within the lower North and South IslandWhat we offerLeadership role in a growing practiceOpportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologiesCollaborative team environmentProfessional development and certification supportAbout us | Mō mātouWe have over 25 years of experience as a New Zealand-owned technology consultancy.
