Our Herd Test Technicians use LIC vehicles to install Herd Testing equipment in dairy sheds throughout the region. They then return the following day to collect the completed samples and equipment. This is a fast-paced role which requires excellent time management skills and physical strength as handling heavy equipment is a must.The role is a 9-month Seasonal (Fixed Term) position commencing August 2024, covering the New South Taranaki regions.Our ideal candidate will have:A 'can-do' attitude and are tech savvyGood communication skillsMotivated and professionalExcellent time management skillsAttention to detailHigh level of fitness and physical strength (heavy lifting is required daily)A current full class 1 driver's license is essentialThis role works 6 days per week, Sunday to Friday, with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week.About UsWe are a tight-knit team of capable and extremely hardworking individuals, who require additional superstars to join our team for the 2024 season We are all committed to supporting our farmers allowing them to make informed decisions.
