We are 100% New Zealand-owned and operated and a proud member of the Talley's Group; New Zealand's leading exporter of meat, dairy, seafood, and vegetable products.Job DescriptionReporting to the Production Manager, the primary objective of the role is to manage your team and the department to meet company, customer and regulatory standards whilst maximising profitability and efficiency.You will be proactive and organised with a "hands on" approach to inspire your team. Previous experience in a meat processing environment is preferential, however not required. Experience in leadership or supervision is also preferred.
