Our Parts Advisors are responsible for supplying our customers with a high level of service through excellent communication and attention to detail.
Daily duties would include receipting incoming freight & organising warehouse stock, delivering freight to trade customers and ensuring their needs are being met whilst looking for additional opportunities, invoicing, admin tasks, communicating with internal depts and assisting in inventory maintenance.
Our ideal candidate for this position would have:
Previous automotive experience, preferably with knowledge of vehicle partsWillingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer serviceGood verbal and written communication skillsBe able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to recognise concerns before they escalateGood computer knowledgeEnjoy a customer facing roleBe able to work with a team and as an individualHigh level of personal presentationAs an individual team member, you are vital to our success and our most valued asset. This position is Monday-Friday with rostered Saturdays.
