To be eligible to lead a team, applicants should have good experience working in New Zealand. This role is not suitable for CAP graduates, new graduates or overseas applicants. What you have to do Provide inspiring clinical leadership to the nursing team Develop and maintain a culture of excellence Work collaboratively with the centre leadership to uphold policies and procedures Develop, lead, implement and evaluate new, existing and enhanced models of care which improve healthcare access, patient experience and health outcomes Conduct annual performance reviews for nursing staff which encourage learning and development Act as an example for equity and diversity within the practice Skills and Experience New Zealand Registered Nurse with current APC Minimum 7 years' experience, with demonstrable New Zealand experience in a primary care practice Previous experience in a clinical leadership role Ability to coach others and deliver culturally competent care Highly organised with great relationship management skills A firm but fair approach to leadership with exceptional communication skills An interest in quality improvement systems and processes Benefits Supportive and dynamic work environment Discounts at retail and service providers Discounted gym membership Opportunities for personal growth and development Be part of the future that you want to see in nursing care.
