Exciting opportunity to grow your skill set and learn a trade for a self-motivated, energetic person to join the team at Hanlon Environmental Limited.Our dedicated team operates a fleet of state-of-the-art modern hydro-excavation/vacuum combo units equipped with adjustable water blasters, additional freshwater supply/drain unblocking units, and full CCTV setups.Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Unblocker Specialist to join our team with Hydro Excavation, Stormwater, and Three Waters Maintenance for both scheduled and reactive clients.The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:2 - 3 years unblocking experienceUndertake drain unblocking in 100mm to 150mm lines (commercial clients only)Collect hazardous and non-hazardous materials from grease traps, cesspits, settling and holding tanksCCTV investigationsLocating, tracing, and inspection of drainage systemsCompetent in filling out JSEA's and reports as requiredGeneral vehicle maintenanceMaintain a high standard of professionalism including cleanliness of vehiclesFollow all Health and Safety requirements and Standards and contribute to Health and Safety discussions and issuesFollow all Building Codes and Regulations and all rules of the siteIn return we offer:External qualifications (Confined Space, Site Safe, Class 2/4 Licenses, DG endorsement, Height training, and more)Full uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)A company that values the health and safety of its peopleA great team cultureEast Tamaki based officeApplicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
