With a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, we pride ourselves on providing customers with exceptional service and on-trend fashion choices.Role Overview:As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets. You will drive operational excellence, ensure customer service standards are maintained, and foster a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.Drive sales and meet targets through effective rostering, coaching, and performance management.Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products effectively.Manage store operations including stock control, inventory management, and administrative tasks.Uphold Glassons values and standards at all times.Requirements:Minimum 1 year management experienceMinimum of 3 years experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion industry.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.Ability to drive sales and meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.A proactive and results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.Join the team and become part of a dynamic and exciting work environment where your passion for fashion and leadership skills will be valued and rewardedTo apply, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you would be the perfect fit for the role of a Store Manager.
