With no two days / projects the same you will be exposed to a wide variety of commercial and large residential construction projects.Your key responsibilities will include;Prepare tender responses to meet closing deadlinesPre-project tender process, technical support, budgeting, estimating, contract negotiation, variations, payment claims on commercial projectsMeasure work from plans using established professional techniques and prepare schedules of workProvide detailed pricing estimates and quotation schedules in response to customer requests using costing databasesLiaise with glazing and technical teams to prepare competitive, and detailed pricing packagesDesign assistance of glass structures and be the subject matter expert for technical queries for project managersYour strong attention to detail and accuracy combined with your knack for figures will ensure your success in this role.
