Overnight Supervisor - Enwood House, Southland Girls High School Enwood House - Southland Girls' High SchoolChildcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training)Are you a night owl with a passion for nurturing and ensuring the well-being of others?We have the perfect position for you Enwood Boarding House at Southland Girls' High School is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Overnight Supervisor.In this role, you'll be the Supervisor of up to 100 boarders during Wednesday and Thursday nights, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, a total of 18 hours per week.This isn't your average job. It's an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our girls within a warm and supportive community.Picture yourself conducting nightly rounds, ensuring every boarder is safe and sound. Offering care and comfort where needed. You will be a calm and capable leader.Key Tasks:Undertake the initial round for the night with the Evening Supervisor.Supervise the girls during the night by undertaking rounds to check that they are accounted for and in their designated areas. At least one round per hour.Monitor any unwell girls overnighting in the Wellness Centre.Manage and report to the Director of Boarding, urgently if necessary, any breaches of discipline or irregularities associated with the girls.Report any breaches of security as appropriate to the Security Company, Director of Boarding and Police if required.Complete nightly records and designated tasks as per Job Description.If you're someone who thrives in a nurturing environment, have basic computer skills, and are an excellent communicator and not afraid to take charge when needed, we want to hear from youFull training will be provided for the successful applicant.Join us at Enwood Boarding House and embark on a rewarding journey where every night brings new opportunities to make a difference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
