The business operates under a franchise model and the opportunity now exists for the right person to join our team to lead our NZ business.
We are looking for a candidate who can manage NZ operations and extend its reach to help improve business operations and performance across the network.
Your focus will be on working with our FP's to enhance their success and the profitability of the businesses they operate.
We need a candidate that will be part of the NZ and Australian Teams and can work effectively with the operational parts of the business and the franchise stores.

Whilst you will have an office - the sky is the limit in terms of time spent in store with our Partners.
The Cheesecake Shop recognises the importance of effective Operations as a critical enabler across the business.
We are looking for someone to join our team who can help us take store operations to the next level and provide strategic leadership in the NZ market , benefitting both our Franchise Partners and the corporate team.
Responsibilities Building strong relationships with Franchise Partners and develop quality Operations Plans to improve customer experience, team member experience, sales, standards and profitabilitySupport new store openings and new Franchisees by coordinating post orientation training and business coachingConduct in store customer service training and product knowledge training.
Ensure all Franchisees and store teams are engaged, trained and ready to execute all company promotionsLiaise with franchisee to execute marketing initiatives and encourage appropriate investment Allocate time to effectively target, support and coach Franchisees in underperforming stores to immediately correct performance gap areasAnalyse the financial performance of every store within the area, using the Profit and Loss Statement and store audits to benchmark store performance and coach Franchisees towards better cost control, particularly focusing on the cost of labour and cost of goodsIdentify potential new store sites and help attract new FP's into the businessEnsure successful implementation of any rectification / new store / resettlement work programsFacilitate wholesale for franchisees willing to drive additional revenue for their storesTCS will offer a competitive salary with a fully maintained vehicle for the right candidate.
