About the Role:
Whether you are a newly qualified teacher or an experienced educator, if you have a passion for teaching young children, we want to hear from you.
This is a permanent position working 24-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday. This position has the potential to extend into full time hours as occupancy grows.
You can be based with our under 2's or over 2's depending on where your passion lies We have huge play spaces with an amazing outdoor play area that has lots of room to run around and be free. Our team is multicultural and full of passion. They are deeply connected to our tamariki and whanau and work hard to create amazing bonds with each child.
Role requirements:
Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:
B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning
Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
