Rates : From $60.90 to $121.80 based on experience and penal rates.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking experienced District Nurses who can provide at-home care to patients needing medical support. You’ll travel within the community to assess, monitor, and support patient care, helping patients maintain health and independence at home.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care and support to patients in their homes
  • Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, and other professionals to manage patient care
  • Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care

Requirements:

  • Nursing qualification with current registration
  • Experience in community nursing or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
