Across the business we have an exceptional Loss Prevention team who are dedicated to implementing our core Loss Prevention strategies. By doing this, they ensure not only a safe and happy place to shop but it provides the opportunity to minimise risk and prevent loss. In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is minimising loss from all sources by: Identifying loss patterns Uncovering potential internal theft Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour Being a health & safety champion Removing opportunities for theft Ensuring a safe and secure store environment. Our Taupo store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team. This is a part-time role which will involve working Monday 8:45 am - 5:15 pm, Tuesday 8:45 am - 5:15 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am - 3:30 pm, Thursday 10:00 am - 3:30 pm, and Sunday 9:45 am - 4:15 pm. To be successful in a Loss Prevention role, you will: Have amazing communication skills, both written and oral Be confident and remain calm under pressure Be comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occur Be willing to go the extra mile to help our customers Maintain the highest level of integrity and honesty at all times. Loss Prevention within Farmers is not just about theft, it's about making improvements to prevent it from occurring in the first instance.
