Your new companyOur client is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil / Construction Site Manager to join their growing team. They are locally operated out of Wellington and specialise in Seismic Strengthening, Re-pilings, Retaining Walls & Construction.You are primarily responsible for all on-site construction activity, working across multiple projects in Wellington. You will oversee all site-based activities, quality control, and organisation of sub-contractors.Day to day responsibilities:Manage construction site establishment and oversee project life cyclesAddress daily on-site, logistical, and contractor management challengesWork through design issues with the project team, contractors, clients, and consultantsRun daily pre-start meetings, inductions, and weekly co-ordination meetingsCarry out Quality Assurance checksAbout You:We seek an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site and construction activities.
