What You'll Do:

  1. Partner for Success – Work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, elevate store operations, and boost team performance.
  2. Lead by Example – Spend 90% of your time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and coaching your team.
  3. Inspire Growth – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that lives and breathes PUMA's values.
  4. Deliver Excellence – Ensure every customer experience reflects PUMA's world-class service.
  5. Optimize Operations – Manage inventory, loss prevention, and store compliance for a smooth-running, profitable store.
  6. Champion the Brand – Bring PUMA's marketing initiatives and visual identity to life.
  7. Build for the Future – Foster a culture of learning and development, setting your team up for success.

YOUR TALENT:

What We're Looking For:

  1. Leadership Potential – 2–4 years of retail management experience (apparel or footwear preferred).
  2. Sales Expertise – A proven track record of exceeding targets while managing payroll and expenses.
  3. Team Builder – A passion for recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams.
  4. Strong Communicator – The ability to inspire your team and connect with customers.
  5. Operational Excellence – Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  6. Tech Savvy – Proficiency in MS Office and essential retail tools.
