Christmas Casuals | BONDS Outlet | Christchurch No experience required
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team at our Bonds Outlet Christchurch store over the Christmas Period.
This is a casual role — ability to work weekends, a couple of weekdays and peak trade times (such as public holidays, sale periods and of course, the silly season) is essential. This availability will be required from November 2024 through to January 2025.
The role of a Christmas Casual:
Greet customers with a smile and help them locate items
Keep the store looking fantastic by replenishing stock and general store upkeep
Create a magical shopping experience during the best time of the year
No prior experience necessary – induction and training provided to set you up for success
What skills do I need?
You love people You have the confidence to engage in conversations with customers and give them a memorable shopping experience
Ability to multi-task – you know how to juggle multiple priorities at the same time and focus on what matters most
You're able to manage your time effectively and work in a busy environment with confidence
You're adaptable and proactive. You know how to show initiative, problem solve and ask questions when you're unsure
