Full time Do you have the power to convert sunlight into sales?
We're on the hunt for a PV Solar Sales Consultant to join the Rheem NZ PV Solar team.
Your mission is to turn sales leads into happy customers.
You'll be hitting the keyboard and road with your trusty proprietary design tool in hand, ready to bring the gift of solar energy to homes across the country.
There will be a list of leads to start you off hunting on the right foot, and lead generation through digital channels.
What You'll Be Doing In-home solar appointments & sales calls – If you can't close the deal today, you'll follow up like a pro until the sale is sealed.
Lead-chasing & weekend-winning – You'll track down leads like a solar-powered detective, and occasionally, weekends are part of the package (by mutual agreement).
Customer service superhero – Enhance Rheem's reputation as the best in the solar biz.
What We Need From You 2+ years B2C selling experience, ideally face-to-face or in-home (you've knocked on doors and crushed it).
Proven sales track record with real evidence of success – trophies, certificates, or a well-deserved ego
Sales mindset – You don't just sell , you close with style.
Ability to work independently, but you know how to play well with others too.
You love people.
And they love you back because you can build rapport in an instant.
Tech-savvy – MS Office, CRM systems, and everything in between.
