YF Brother Limited is a construction company based in Auckland.

We are now looking for 4 Plumbers to join our supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right people and will allow access into a reputable and experienced company.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Helping plumbers to set up the job sites and prepare the layouts
• Assisting with assembling and installing pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Assisting with installing and maintaining waste disposal,
• Assisting with measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes, valves and fittings to required specification
• Cleaning and carrying out minor repairs on pipes, drains and canals, and checking for cracks and leaks in water supply and sewerage systems
• Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported and grade as required by the plumber  
• Using equipment, machinery & tools in a responsible & safe manner
• Clean work area, maintain work tools and machines daily after the work is done

What do you need? 

• At least 2 years work experience in the same field;
• Full registration as a plumber is not compulsory. Exempt license is acceptable;
• Good eye for detail and an ability to learn fast
• A "can-do" attitude
• Reasonable level of fitness and willingness to work outdoors
