You know how to partner effectively and build relationships with your stakeholders to create positive and engaging experiences.Your enquiring mind, attention to detail, creative and growth mind-set will help you deliver advice that responds to specific needs, market conditions and other challenges.If you have:two to three years of experience as a Recruitment Adviser (ideally in the public sector)Strong technical aptitude and strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (we use Workday)A people centric and service focused approachThe ability to build strong and productive relationships with your stakeholdersExperience collaborating with HR to provide excellent support to stakeholdersthen we want to hear from youKo wai matou - Who we areWe're kaitiaki (guardians) of New Zealand's financial ecosystem - enabling economic wellbeing and prosperity for all New Zealanders.
