The role:

Black Pepper are seeking for Casual and Part-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our wonderful COASTLANDS store
Our Retail Assistants pride themselves on spoiling our customers with a unique and honest shopping experience that leaves them looking great and feeling fabulous

To achieve this, you:

Create genuine in-store experiences with our customers to understand their needs

Style customers to ensure they look and feel great

Participate in store events (such as morning teas and charity events)

Assist the team in the day-to-day running of the store (stock movement, visual merchandising and cleaning).

The ideal experience we are looking for:

Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers' lives and make their day

Experience in a customer-facing sales/retail role preferred but not essential

Able to commit to a shift pattern & some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods

Experience with Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems and EFTPOS facilities.
