Bitumen Sprayer Operator - Bay of Plenty Come and join our Rotorua Chip Sealing crew We are currently looking for a Bitumen Sprayer Operator to join out team for the upcoming sealing season. With a brand new SRE sprayer in the yard, all we need is a fantastic operator
We're looking for a candidate who has a great attitude, strong work ethic and wants to contribute and refine their skills as part of our team. You will be part of a nationally recognized sealing crew, supervised by one of the best leaders in the business.
We have a healthy forward workload in the Waikato/Bay of plenty with potential for work across the North Island. You'll get accommodation provided and generous non-taxable away from home allowance per day when you travel
What knowledge / experience / qualifications are we after? Class 5 license preferred with Dangerous Goods ticket Experience with SRE Sprayers and systems and an ability to keep gear clean and tidy to a high standard Minimum 5 years' experience in sprayer operation across all sealing works (first coats, reseals, second coats) Significant experience with bitumen products and spray rates Ability to travel outside of Waikato/BOP on occasion Good communication skills and high Health and Safety Standards Be an honest, reliable team player with a positive attitude WTR is also highly recommended but can be obtained with the right candidate.

We offer a guaranteed 40 working week, and a competitive hourly rate. Some Saturday
work will be required from time to time as required for the project, particularly during the summer months during reseal season.
You're big on Health & Safety in the workplace, dedicated to working safe and going home safe - and you expect the same of your work mates. All candidates will be required to undergo a pre employment drug and alcohol test.
