Role responisbilities: Upgrades and Patches: Stay current with the latest Ping releases, security patches, and updates. Plan and implement IAM platform upgrades to ensure system security and performance.Enhancement Implementation: Execute enhancements as designed by the IAM architect or SME.Incident Management: Lead P2 incidents and consult with SMEs as needed.
