About us AL Distribution is the Anchor Franchisee for Central/Eastern Hamilton. We are a family owned and operated business with 4 trucks operated by 6 drivers. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction, and the wellbeing of our employees. Our drivers tend to stick around a long time, with the longest being over 30 years So this is a very limited and desirable opportunity in the industry.
About the role We are seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of dairy products to customers within Hamilton. 
What you'll be doing Safely operating a Class 2 refrigerated truck to transport and deliver dairy products to customersLoading the truck in your preferred arrangement and cleaning it at the end of the dayEnsuring all deliveries are completed within scheduled timeframesRecording stock on & off your truck to ensure everything as been charged correctlyProviding excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may ariseAdhering to all relevant health and safety policies and proceduresWhat we're looking for A valid Class 2 driver's licence with a clean driving record, and ability to drive manual transmissionStrong organisational and time management skills (approx 3am starts)Good customer service skills and a friendly, professional mannerAbility to maintain a high standard of work while working independentlyExcellent physical fitness to handle the demands of the roleClean criminal recordAble to provide references from previous employment What we offer Competitive salary and regular pay reviewsFlexible work arrangements to support work-life balanceFree bottles of milk & water daily + occasional giveaways of other productsPaid for 9 hours daily, most drivers finish in ~7.5 Apply now to become our next Delivery Driver
