We are needing a Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Whangarei

What you will do:

  • Coordinating the compliance process
  • Ensuring that the Wormald compliance processes are adhered to and the issuing of 12A certificates & Building warrants are prepared and submitted to independent qualified people (IQP) for approval
  • Customer service requests coordination (from initiation to completion)

How you will do it:

  • Be a champion for the compliance team and its continuous processes within Wormald
  • Ensure all activities to be consistent with desired business outcomes and agreed processes. Instigate actions to address any issues detected.
  • Ensure the production and distribution of 12A & BWOF certificates highlighting potential issues for supervisor/management attention
  • Interact with business managers and supervisors to ensure testing routines and results are completed

What we look for:

  • Experience in the building services industry
  • Administrative work experience
  • Knowledge of Building Act and compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of Astea and Pronto systems preferred
