Senior Programmatic Specialist • Auckland New ZealandAs a Senior Programmatic Specialist at Media.Monks you will work with our stellar team to manage media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. This is a consultative role advising clients on ways to harness different technology solutions, and optimise their digital media performance to drive long-term value and manage their media campaigns. Technology is outpacing our clients' abilities to adopt and implement these tools so they look to our team for our strategic knowledge of the digital space coupled with our platform know-how to bring results.THE DAY-TO-DAYManaging all aspects of display, video, mobile, and social advertising campaigns.Analyzing data for reporting and optimizing advertising campaigns.Develop initiatives and tactics designed to drive incremental spend within the client patch and the wider team.Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.Development of campaign, marketing, sales, and operational materials and best practices for internal teams and clients.Supporting the sales team with pre-sales and marketing efforts.Managing strategic initiatives to improve the business processes and operations as Media.Monks continues to grow at a rapid pace.Mentor more Junior Advertising Managers with the latest features and trends.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLESuccessful candidates will have 3+ years experience in programmatic platforms.Previous experience managing campaigns, specifically, setting up, optimizing & reporting on a DSP.Strong data analysis abilities, attention to detail & verbal and written communication skills.Skills in Amazon DSP, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, TTD, XandR (preferable).Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover and test new ideas.Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun startup environment.Desire to build a company from an early stage.We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to building a respectful and empowering work environment for all people to freely express themselves amongst colleagues who embrace diversity in all respects.While we continue to grow our teams, please be mindful of fraudulent job postings and recruiting activities that may use our company name and information.
